Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

We only ship light clothing and small, non-fragile items, but we make exceptions for certain items. Please contact us if you have any items you'd like shipped. 
Shipping costs are determined at checkout.

We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are processed.

Packages returned or lost due to incorrect/incomplete addressses provided at checkout. If you notice the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, please email us directly with your Order # and updated address within (3) hours of placing your order. This way, we can immediately fix the error and ensure your package is heading to the correct address. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made, and we will no longer be responsible for returned or lost packages. Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable, and reshipment to the correct and/or updated address is subject to additional shipping charges.

 

Packages were returned to us as a result of past-due pick-ups. If the package is undeliverable to the shipping address provided for any reason, your local post office usually holds your parcel for pick-up for a certain number of days, ranging from 10-18 days. They will typically notify you with a note that may allow you to reschedule delivery online or pick it up at your convenience within the referenced timeframe. If the recipient fails to pick up the parcel during this window, the post office will return it to us. We provide tracking updates to your email. Please check the tracking links and/or notifications for updates on the whereabouts of your order. Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable should your package be returned to us.

Due to our items' pre-loved secondhand and Vintage nature, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you encounter any issues with your order or if your purchase has damages that we did not mention in the description, please email us at ecommerce@kmthrift.ca. Include a clear photo of the problem you are experiencing, and we will address it promptly.
