Thank you for your purchase! We are confident that you will love your item. Due to the unique nature of our secondhand and vintage products, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We recognize that clothing and shoes may not always fit perfectly, even if the size is specified in the description. EXCEPTIONS
We do not provide refunds for items that lack defects; Should you encounter any issues with your order or identify any damage not previously noted in the description, please contact us at ecom@kmthrift.ca within 15 business days after receiving the pickup notification. Kindly include a clear photograph of the issue, and we will correct the issue as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
We provide online shop credits only. We do not offer refunds on clearance items. We only offer returns on clothing, shoes, and electronic items. Upon receiving your return as discussed on email, we will inspect the condition of the item and process your return. Please allow a minimum of 42 hours for this process after we receive your item. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
