LOCAL PICK-UP INFORMATION

Your order will be ready for pick up within 48 hours. Please expect the order fulfillment to take a while during sale days as we receive a high volume of orders coming in. We fulfill orders in order. No more exceptions.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. If you don't see it in your email, check your spam message. If you have not received any pickup email notification  from us, your order is not ready.

As we now receive a high volume of orders coming in, we do not have enough space to keep your online orders in our shop. Please make sure you pick up your orders within 15 business days after the order has been processed. We are able to accomodate those who arrange to have their orders to be kept here for a month with us for those who lives outside of Winnipeg/Manitoba. We also offer local shipping!

If you or someone else is picking up your order in behalf, please be ready to provide the name and order number confirmation. Please drive up to our shipping/receiving dock and a volunteer or staff member will help you.
